Hello. I bought a new phone SAMSUNG S6 EDGE on EE and really struggling to sort out the internet settings. I type in everything i need to in the internet settings menu but its still not connecting. I put the sim into another phone and it still does the same so it's nothing to do with the phone. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Put your phone number on that link send settings on your phone install on your phone you need password and that should be last 4 digits of your phone number.

the 4G just doesnt show on the screen and ive tried checking by going on the internet but it says You are offline. MY calls and texts work, just not the internet, im on pay as you go.

it says "sorry we were unable to process your request, this service is only available to EE customers" - im not sure why it says that bevause its an EE sim card that i bought from the shop.

I bought the phone 13/07 I bought the sim and put it in the phone 20 minutes after purchasing the phone.. I then bought a top 15 minutes after putting sim in the phone. I bought a 10 pound everything pack.. I can still text and call but not getting any internet connection.

okay thanks. it will be my girlfriend speaking on my behalf as she's been setting up my phone as i dont know what I'm doing really haha
