After a recent update to my carrier settings I have not been able to receive mobile data on my 6s.
I've tried all the resets but no luck.

@Jonnyp1 Are you on the latest iOS ?
And are your apps allowed to use cellular data ?

Hi Chris, yes I am on 10.2.1
Not all of my apps are allowed to use cellular data but mail and safari are. It was working perfectly until I received a carrier update last week.

@Jonnyp1 Have you tried a simple on/off with the device?

Sorry if this is a silly question but have you gone into Settings>Mobile data and made sure Mobile Data is still switched on? Does that switch still function?

yes it's all as it was, tried knocking it off and on again with no luck. I have noticed though that it says I must call EE to set up my personal hotspot. This was working before also.

@Jonnyp1 It sounds like something has gone very wrong with the carrier update. Have you backed up the device with iTunes on a PC and tried restoring the device back to stock just to test if a clean install will fix the issue ? You can always restore back to your backup after testing.
