add-on.ee.co.uk

Few years back I got the promo payg SIM on EE with 100GB data and quite liked that I could check my data allowance  visiting "http://add-on.ee.co.uk/" without having to log in or register for that matter.

I have purchased "EE Tablet & 4GEE WiFi SIM Only 30 days £30.00 30GB plan" and that webiste does not work.

Should the website "add-on.ee.co.uk" work for me as well, or something has changed over the few years?

I would just say, that I use the SIM in laptop so no Calls/SMS are an option for me.

Re: add-on.ee.co.uk

Hi James_B,

thank you for taking the time and replying.

I have once spoke to a few people and the first and second line of support is  .........

If anyone ever had a pleasure speaking to  A&A support who are my ISP provider knows what true support is about, my experience from EE is, that they suck.

I have done more test at home. I have insereted the SIM card into my old Samsung GT-I9195 and tried different APNs, "add-on.ee.co.uk" come on straight away. On my other laptop that has got only 3G modem "Dell Wireless | Ericsson F3607gw V2 Mobile Broadband Modul" with max supported 7.2Mbps (HSDPA), both:;

http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status
http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase
http://add-on.ee.co.uk/legalstuff
http://add-on.ee.co.uk/faq
http://eeebdc.prod.t-motion.co.uk/status
http://eeebdc.prod.t-motion.co.uk/purchase
http://eeebdc.prod.t-motion.co.uk/legalstuff
http://eeebdc.prod.t-motion.co.uk/faq

worked as well, and now trying it on my main laptop with the LTE module and it works as well.

I do not think that EE network is friendly with stand alone modems not supplied by EE.

So should anyone get a problem accesing add-on.ee.co.uk I recommed trying in normal phone that will trigger something on EE's network and the add-on.ee.co.uk will work for you after that 🙂

Re: add-on.ee.co.uk

Hi James_B,

Yes, both Chrome and Firefox.

Just tried console based elinks:

 <head><title>HTTP error 504</title></head>
