Re: Wifi mini

Hi @Bobbipops

It depends on what they've used it for.

Thanks

Morning @Bobbipops

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂

When was the device connected?

Is this on pay as you go or pay monthly?

Our How much data am I using on EE? has helpful advice to optimise data usage.

Thanks.

Re: Wifi mini

Hi @Bobbipops

Is the device on pay as you go or pay monthly?

When using a WiFi device, you'll need to consider how many devices, such as phones and tablets, are connecting to it, along with what each device is using the Internet for.

Thanks.

Re: Wifi mini

Hi @Bobbipops

Thanks for the quick reply.

It may be worth looking at the tablets that were connected to see if they have automatic updates set to on that could have used extra data.

If you want to get this looked into further, give our Pay as you go team a call they can check the account for you 🙂
