  • Are you abroad?
  • Is mobile data active on your device under settings?
  • Do you have any data allowance (on PAYG)

Can you provide a bit more information, what device are you using?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Not abroad but the message states I’m not subscribed to a network provider even though I am.
