Why won't it let me add on more data

It won't let me add on anymore data. This is the first time it's ever done this and I need data to speak to my partner in the RAF asap.

@LauraBen01 Are you pay as you go or Pay monthly customer?  If you on pay as you go you need credit to buy data, and you can do this clicking on this link through your mobile browser with your mobile Internet not on wifi,

You don't need data to make calls.
