Why isn’t my data working?

I can’t use my data at all. On any of my apps

Have you ensured data is switched on in your phone settings?

Same here!!! My messages don’t send either unless it’s imessage.

Hi, 

Yes the message says it’s not delivered and it happens mainly in my area but only works when I’m out of town which is rarely.

Are you able to use other data applications while at home when your iMessage isn't working?

 

Do you have a WiFi connection at home you can try and send the messages over?

Yes, I do but when I go out I am unable to use my data which also results in me not being able to send normal text messages.

Yes, I just checked and it says there are network issues.

It’s no problem but this has been going on for some time and I am unable to do majority of the basic stuff a sim is supposed to.
