@colliersean3589  Text AL to 150,  what does it say ?   Or have you turned off cellular data ?  Is airplane mode enabled ? Have you allowed your apps to use cellular data ?  Are you a contact or PAYG customer?   Have you had a look at THIS ?

Have you tried restarting the device?  What device is it?
