I have a 500GB data plan made up of 300GB standard plus 200GB Bonus data.
When I log on to EE either via the App or online, it only shows the 300GB limit.
Am i being conned out of 200gb data each month?

What does it show when you go onto our add-on status page? Does it show that the extra 200GB is pending?

Once you use your original 300GB plan allowance, the 200GB extra will kick in.
