Why is my data allowance not showing ? I've just hit a new month today

Hello as I've said today's a new billing month and I'm showing nil data, it should be around 29 Gb

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

It's says 0 Mb available and will refresh on 20 Oct

Have you tried restarting your phone?

 

Does it show your data allowance in your My EE Account?
