I just received my bill and it’s so high, I signed up for 500 international minutes which I specifically said I was using to call to the US, I’m now seeing that I was being charged for doing that which is completely out of order. I’ve already told my bank to recall that money

You need to call and speak to EE CS on 150 (after 8am) as there is no account access on these forums, and only they can answer your question.
