Why have my data add ons disappeared?

To begin with I had 2gb of data which came with my top up of £15 each month an every 3 months I boosted my data by 500mb. I have had this SIM card for 2 years+ now and had in total 6gb of data but this month it went back to 2gb without notifying me of this. I am hoping that this is an error and hoping that it will get fixed soon.

Have you change you pack? And also when you check your data allowance with what it show in there?

And also how much data you got left in your account and when your new pack due for renewal?

You'll lose your boosts whenever you change from 30-day packs to 7-day or v.v.
