Why have I not received extra mobiledata allowance after signing up to broadband

New home fibre broadband has gone live and data allowances for EE mobile devices has renewed but no promised extra 5Gb of data has been credited to mobile phone. Why not?

 

Sorry, didn’t read things properly about receiving within 30 days! 🤪

Yes, the data boost is added 30 days after your broadband is activated.
