I would like to see my bill but website has errors on it as it usually does. I would like to know why I have been charged an extra £59 this month for data when it is capped and can't exceed this cap

Are you on EE, Orange or T-Mobile?

I'm on EE. It states that I have used 23.7GB which is impossible as I only steam stuff from home on Wi-Fi. I have a data usage of 20GB which is capped and should not be allowed to exceed. I received no data alert. I only ever use around 2 to 3 GB a month so this 8s a complete shock. My pay monthly fixed sim only plan is £21

Hi @starainey,

Welcome to the EE Community.

It's not possible to use extra data without purchasing an add-on.

Where have you seen these extra data charges? Could the extra charges be for something else?

Thanks

James
