Why hasn’t my data rolled over?

I got told that if I had any left over data it would be added to my next months data but it didn’t. Why is this?

Hi @Nate_Edwards,

 

Had you used up your standard data allowance?

 

You cannot roll over data from add-ons or Free Boosts.

What pack did you have?

 

You might need to speak to CS on 150 as there is no account access on these forums.

Are you on PAYG or contract? There's no rollover on contract/
