Have you checked EE Network Status Checker? You can register any network issues via the checker as well.

 

Can your device connect to WiFi calling?

Are you able to make and receive calls and send texts?

Nope no problems shown, receiving texts, but my 3G/4G has been absolutely dreadful. Haven’t been able to load anything, not even a snapchat, a lot of people in Carmarthen are saying the same thing.

Thanks for coming back to me.

 

Could you try changing your content lock settings to see if this works for you.

 

Log into your My EE online > Menu > Manage Device > select Strict and then back to Off

 

Try restarting your device and see if your 4G works for you.
