Why do I see only the page telling me I have no data, when I have 1Gb unused

I have bought 1Gb/30 days , I have an LTE connection ,but the only Web page I can access is the EE page telling me I have no data left

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

What device have you? What does texting AL to 150 tell you?
