Why did my data not reset?

Data did not reset after the 4th of August but other stuff did. Am I missing something?

What does it say if you text AL to 150?



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hey there, after texting them twice this afternoon my data was on 25GB out of 35 with everything else being reset. 


However, after texting AL just now. I've noticed my mobile data has just been reset after all.


I just found the original messages confusing. I guess it's just me being inpatient.
