Where are you? Doesn't that aeroplane symbol indicate you are either roaming or in flight mode?

Sorry to seem thick but how to I check I have 4G/LTE active? And also reset network settings? My area has no issues, I checked the status on here. Thank you

@Klb22 Cellular data might be on but have you allowed the apps to use cellular data ?
To reset your network settings go to
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Setting.
Your device will reset and you’ll need to put your WiFi password last back on the device after this. You’ll not delete anything from your device doing this.

I have just reset my network settings, it then let me acces the internet for a few minutes before then coming up with the same message again. So it temporarily helped.
