@Ian2352 Have you ever enabled roaming on your account ? This is done by calling customer services and requesting this or by texting ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK

Our customer service team should be able to help you with this.
I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.

@Ian2352 Yes it needs to be enabled. While you can use your allowances when in the EU roaming is a setting not an allowance so it needs to be enabled.

@Ian2352 Yes login to your online account and you might be able to enable it yourself failing this you could wait for a live chat window to pop up you can use this to chat with an agent to request roaming to be enabled on your account.
