Data is turned on for these applications but I can’t send or receive pictures via WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. Does anyone know what I can do? I’m currently abroad and can not use social media to promote my business as a result

No it doesn’t work in the UK either without WiFi. Only ever had this problem since I got my new phone (XR). I’m currently in Portugal

@Gmb0905 Login to your EE online account or via the My EE app and make sure content lock is switched off. Also on your device make sure you’ve enabled cellular data for these apps.

Is there any updates required for these apps? you can check this in your App Store.
Have you tried manually switching to another network? you can also do this by following these steps:
iPhone – Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic.
