Why can’t I down load any photos on 4G buts it’s fine on WiFi?

Hi, a few months ago my IPhone stopped letting me down load any photos on what’s app, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, whilst on 4G But all works fine as it should on WiFi. I have been into store several times. None of there tech guys have an answer. I have tried a new sim and upgraded my phone. And it’s still a problem?  Really hope it’s something straight forward that everyone has missed.
would be great if you had any ideas.
thanks

Re: Why can’t I down load any photos on 4G buts it’s fine on WiFi?

Hi there @Mike251

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried changing your content lock settings?

If you log into your My EE online > Menu > Manage Device > Data Content Controls > Can you turn this to STRICT then back to OFF.

If you can change the settings and then restart your device, could you try the sites again?

Let me know how you get on.
