Why can’t I connect when i have data left and i’ve got 4g ?

When i’m using all social media I can never connect. Even though I have plenty of data left and my phone says I have 4g i’m unable to use certain apps.

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.

It should now work.

Hi thank you for your advise however when ever we try to get onto my EE it always says unavailable or we are working on some problems !
However we will try and give it a go

Hi it just keeps saying unable to complete your request login error.

i have reset my password but still no joy
