Why can’t I buy data?

Got monthly contract-iPhone 6s.

Run our of data, but won’t allow me to buy more? I can call and text, but not access internet without hotspot or WiFi. Really irritating me!!

Do you get an error message,?


It might be with speaking to CS to establish if there is something on your account stopping this transaction. It would also be wise to consider increasing your tariff if you use the data.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
