Why can I not transfer data between phones?

I have four phones on a family account with EE and am wanting to transfer data between them.  One of the phones has 19Gb and yet I get a message saying there is insufficient data to transfer on this phone.  On other occasions the web page also fails to load the list of phones I can select to transfer data from and to and the app on my phone fails to list the phones as well.

Have you tried completing this via the EE App? 


Are you set as the bill payer? you can check this by following these steps:


Menu > My Account > Ensure bill payer is ticked.
