Why am i not able to purchase more data?

I am trying to purchase more data, but receive the following message 'You're currently blocked from buying data-ons'. How do i amend this?

Hi, 

 

You need to call CS on 150 and speak to them directly.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I called 150 as advised above and was able to purchase more data once a discrepancy on my account was rectified.
