Where's all my data gone. Had 20% left which went in same second. I use WiFi mai

Checked my data loads left as mainly use WiFi. Got a text saying 80% used then immediately another text saying data all gone? How is that possible?!

it says your current charges to go on your bill are etc etc

Configure your phone to:

  • Only do Software Update over WiFi.
  • Restrict background data.

On Android, something like:

  1. Settings / More / About Device / Software Update / WiFi Only ticked.
  2. Settings / Connection / Data Usage / Menu / Restrict Background Data ticked.
