Where is my order?

I ordered an iPhone upgrade on 1st January and there's no sign of it, I've received no text, no messages, and nothing is showing in tracked, I've tried calling the store I want to collect from and they haven't received anything. Does it usually take so long?

Call CS not the store and see what is going on.

 

There could be high demand

What phone did you order?

 

If you don't have an order number to track it in our order tracker, I'd recommend following @BrendonH's advice and contacting our customer care team.

Thank you, yes tried that but I didn't manage to get through to anyone, they just send you round in circles. 😞

If you call 150, try option 1, then option 2, option 1 again, then option 3 to speak to a member of the customer care team.
