Where has my bonus 10gb data gone???

On my pay as You go plan I was given 10GB bonus data on top of my 5GB that was part of my plan. Last month I added on the free boost 500MB but when the new month started all of a sudden my bonus 10GB was gone??? I was told it was a constant monthly bonus yet when i added the next “loyalty bonus”, my  reward was losing 9.5GB 

 

can I fix this?
