When using mobile data I'm not able to download photos from WhatsApp, see comments on Facebook or refresh the feed in Instagram.
Using the internet is fine.
I have reinstalled WhatsApp, Ive checked the time and data but still the problem persists.
This has been happening for the last couple of weeks.
Before then all was fine.

Could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

Hi. I contacted EE and they had to make a change to the content lock at their end. They said its a known problem but they have to make the change.
Thanks for the suggestion as it sounds similar.
