When I bought EE broadband I was promised that my data would get a 20GB boost per month but I only got an extra 5GB per month. How do I get the other 15GB per month I was promised? And, how is this not false advertising?

Hi @Jamier4371
Which package did you buy? According the the EE broadband boosts page
20GB Data Boost with Fibre Max Broadband
5GB Data Boost with 4GEE Home
5GB Data Boost with Fibre and Standard Broadband plans
Step 1: Take a pay monthly phone plan.
Step 2: Take a Fibre Max Broadband plan.
Step 3: Your Data Boost will be automatically applied within 30 days.
If you aren't receiving the data you are promised then call EE CS on 150.
Thanks
