Whatsapp issue

I got this new number and when I se ide to create a whatsapp account for me when I finish this appeared 10 strange contacts there and missing calls. Can you please explain me what is happening? This number was used for other person and now I need to Bloch a lot of stranger on my whatsapp and until when?

how can you solve this problem?

@RosanaRibeiro : Could be your Content Lock . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

Did you use the change number option under settings? Or have you tried deleting your account? under settings?
