WhatsApp problem

I’m having problems sending or receiving photos using WhatsApp when using mobile data, I have no problem when connected to the WiFi. I’ve been through all the troubleshooting steps suggested by WhatsApp but none have resolved the issue. I haven’t changed settings or my phone so not sure why it suddenly happened. Any ideas? I have an iPhone 7

Re: WhatsApp problem

@Gogirl73 : : Could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

Re: WhatsApp problem

Hi @Gogirl73.

Have you tried deleting the app then downloading it again?

I would also recommend notifying our technical care team
