What happened to my allowances?

I have accumulated 510M of internet on the mobile phone and, as the system is not giving the information, you are giving only the minimum of the package, 10M (I top up £ 1 per week).
I'm receiving messages saying I don't have data available and can't connect to the internet

I receive a msg with this text "Great news. You will get an extra 10 minuts and 500MB every time you buy a pack. You are also 8 more packs away from being able to add another boost. Fot more info go to MyEE."

When did you receive that message? Was it before or after your last pack started?

 

What does it show on the add-on status page? Does it show the extra 500MB there?

I did receive this week. My new pack start tomorrow.

On this page https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg shows this (image).

Allowances: 0 of 10 and doesn´t show free boosts.

From what you've posted so far, it seems like your 500MB boost will begin on your new pack, @Oliveria56. 🙂

But I'm sure I didn't spend the 510MB.
And why does the site say I only have 10?

My granddaughter also has a pack just like mine and the allowance information is correct.

I'll wait for tomorrow to see what information I'll get

Did you definitely have the 500MB at the start of your pack cycle, @Oliveira56?

 

If you think something is wrong, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team and they'll look into the history of your account and try to put it right.

I found another site that proves that the system is providing misinformation and "stealing" the 500MB accumulated over many top-up weeks (500 / 50x12 = 120 weeks). If I have 500MB of boosts why here shows that I only have 10MB.

I hope that tomorrow is all normalized but honestly I do not believe.
