Websites do not load over 4G, various errors

Over the last couple of weeks, whenever I have tried to load websites over 4G they fail to load. Various errors show up when clicking on the Details part but basically over 4G they don't work. Over wifi it's fine. Technical Support just keep telling me to soft reset but I can't do that all the time, plus that doesn't always work. Have also tried a hard reset and still no good. Thanks

Hi Karen

Many thanks for the info. I have accessed the APN area but all the fields are grey and are not allowing me to edit?.

I have a Galaxy S6

Thanks

Re: Websites do not load over 4G, various errors

Morning @casper1976

No problem!

Does it allow you to delete that APN and set up a new one?

To add a new one go to:

  1. Tap on Settings > Mobile networks.
  2. Tap on Access Point Names.
  3. Tap on ADD in the rop right.
  4. Enter your APN settings (For APN settings click here)

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks - Karen. Smiley Happy
