Video Data Pass - cancel after 1 month?

Hi all,

I have recently moved house and will not have internet until the 6th April so will be using my data to do stuff, which isn't a problem.

However I am wanting to purchase the Video Data Pass just for one month. When I look at the add-on details, it does not say if you can cancel after a month or you are tied in for a period of time. Please could someone confirm if I can cancel it so I only pay for one month?

Thanks, Ben

Re: Video Data Pass - cancel after 1 month?

Hello @BenHamer18

Thanks for posting on the community 🙂

The EE Video Data Pass is a 30-day rolling add-on so once added it will stay on your account, with the cost added to your monthly mobile bill, until you remove it.

You can add the EE Video Data pass to your account for one month and remove it the following month.

Full information can be found on our What is the EE Video Data Pass? Help page.

Thanks.

Leanne.
