Upgrade confirmation?

Hi, I upgraded my sim only contract online earlier today, but my account is still saying that i'm eligible to upgrade, and i haven't received my text confirmation.  I've double checked that i completed the process properly.   Is the delay because its a sunday? i just want to confirm that i don't need to do anything else. Thanks

Did you ask for a new SIM or are you intending on using your old one? You should receive a text or email in the next 24 hours. 


It takes up to 48 hours to update your account/app.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Thank you. I will be using my existing sim. I will wait the 48hours for the confirmation before chasing, just wanted to check there was nothing else that I needed to do.
