Unused data allowance

Why having paid for 20gb of data a month does ee take away any unused data? Suely unused data should either rollover to the next month or I'm due a refund having not used all my allowance.

On contract there is no data Rollover; on PAYG there is. So your remedy is to switch to PAYG.

I realise that it doesn't rollover and its a case of use it or lose it but I was asking why? It doesn't seem fair to pay for something that is then taken away. Most things in life once purchased remain the purchasers property, so I just dont understand how we decide to take back something I've paid for.

Those are the terms of our pay monthly contracts. Best to use as much of it as you can, without hitting the limit. 🙂
