Unused data allowance

Why having paid for 20gb of data a month does ee take away any unused data? Suely unused data should either rollover to the next month or I'm due a refund having not used all my allowance.

Re: Unused data allowance

On contract there is no data Rollover; on PAYG there is. So your remedy is to switch to PAYG.

Re: Unused data allowance

I realise that it doesn't rollover and its a case of use it or lose it but I was asking why? It doesn't seem fair to pay for something that is then taken away. Most things in life once purchased remain the purchasers property, so I just dont understand how we decide to take back something I've paid for.

Hi @thedoncarlo

Welcome to the community.

Those are the terms of our pay monthly contracts. Best to use as much of it as you can, without hitting the limit. 🙂
