I went on live chat yesterday and upgraded to unlimited data but they said it could take up to 24 hours to activate on my phone it's been over 24 hours and still not got unlimited data

@MrAdamG91 You’ll probably find it will change on your next billing date as tariff changes don’t happen mid billing cycle.

@Chris_B is right, these changes generally take place on your next allowance refresh.
If you text AL to 150 what does this report?
If this has not changed within 24 hours I would recommend giving us a call, please be aware if you do change this and it is a higher tariff you may receive a slightly higher bill next month due to pro rata.
