Unlimited data issue

Hi,

I have the unlimited 4G data but yesterday i received message from ee you have used your data more than 80% buy more data. Why i am receiving this kind of messages although i have unlimited data. I didn't share my data as a personal hotspot. I am just using data in my phone as usual.

Yeah , i've used more than 100 GB data now all looks fine. You were right it was a system error message. Thank you

Only the first 100GB is eligible for data gifting on 4G unlimited plans so it's possible you had the message after using 80GB - ie the regular fair use text to illustrate that?
