Unlimited Data, got a text saying ive used %80 of my gifted data??

so i work away and i use my samsung s10 with unlimted data 4G to tether to my laptop and the odd occasion my friends phone, ive never gifted data to anyone, today i got a text saying ive used %80 of my gifted data? is there a limit to tethering? thanks Greg

There is but not in this instance, Your giftable is the 1st 100GB of all your 1000GB "unlimited" data. So as you use your data normally, even by tethering, so your giftable data goes down. You must have used 80GB of your data normally to get that warning.
