Unkown charges



I've been concerned about the spike in my charges, and decided to take a look at my bill for the first time. I noticed strange charges with no clear source or description.


This has gone on for months and it appears I've been paying a bill that's not mine.


I'll need a better explanation as to what's happening to my bill all these months

Is there a no. , possibly starting 7000.., or some description against these charges, however unclear?
