Unable to stream videos

Hi all, I'm unable to stream videos on 4g but can when connected to WiFi.  

Any ideas?

What happens when you try? Can you browse to the site holding the video?

What happens when you try to watch the video?

 

Do you get any kind of error message?

 

Is it just one specific site?

 

What is the make and model of your device?

When I click on a video nothing seems to happen.

 

Its usually the website called www.worldstarhihop.com

 

I'm currently using the Samsung S8

If it is just mainly one site that you're having problems with, it may be worth seeing if they have an app available that is provisioned for your type of device (I'm assuming it's a Samsung Galaxy S8 that you're talking about, due to your signature).

 

Otherwise, I recommend backing up and resetting your phone.

Hi Chris, I've tried their app but still got the same problem. Unless I'm connected through WiFi.

I remember having this issue with my old Samsung S6.

Nope, software is all up to date. 

 

The problem is only when using 4g.

 

Which is a shame because I've got loads of data but unable to use it.

That's really unusual.

 

I recommend speaking to our technical support team so that they can look into this further for you.

 

Please let me know what they say, I'd love to know what has caused this.
