Unable to send anything on snapchat, Instagram and messenger on mobile data

For the last couple of weeks I have been unable to send anything on messenger, snapchat and Instagram when using mobile data. They are fine when on WiFi. I have tried resetting the network, checked all mobile data switched on and ensured parental controls set to full access. Any ideas how to fix? P s  I have plenty of my data available to use!

Hi @MissKB1 

 

Set the content lock to full, then save and restart your device. Then log into your myEE app again and change content lock to off. Save and restart.

 

It should work now.

Thanks. It didn’t seem to change my content status however after going through this it appears to work now!
