When I try to purchase a sim card with pay monthly, following error shows:
“As you've lived at your current address for less than three years, we also need your previous address to complete our credit check.”
I entered my previous address of overseas, but it won’t work.
How can I solve this problem?
You would need to go into store, but these are closed at the moment.
Alternatively you can call EE and they maybe able to offer you a SIM only account.
