Tried to contact ee but line not connecting

Hi 

I have tried to contact customer services for pac code request but the line appears to not connect - there is no connecting tone and the automated service does not connect

I’ve just had the same thing and I can’t log into my EE app or online account either!! 😡

Hi,

 

I don't suspect they will be fully staffed today, so ether keep trying or call back tomorrow.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
