Topped up but no data (iPad / data sim)

Hi, just recently got a new iPad and requested and installed a EE payg data sim, topped it up £25 using the top up card included with it but the EE app on the iPad shows a balance of £25 but 0 data left - what's going on?!

If the credit is on the account, please head over to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase (while you are on data not wifi) and choose the bundle you would like.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

No difference, it's not a network connection thing as the iPad EE app shows the correct balance but just 0 data (no wifi connection, so it has to be accessing mobile network).

Do I need to buy one of these 'packs'?- being an ipad I have no use for texts or calls though, I just assumed the entire £25 would become an amount of data, not that I'd have to waste half of it buying a 'pack'.

Didn't the data SIM come with a pre-installed pack?

Thanks, that has eventually got me online - I was very close to throwing the thing across the room!!

Hopefully when I next need some data when away from home it won't be so much trauma!
