Top Up does not work

Hello i am in Holidays in UK and want to top up my data sim card now. Every time i try to add my phone number to my account i get 

The SIM card is already associated....and i cant go on. I have the ee app on my phone but with this app is the same i cant top up. What can i do....

Welcome to the community, I hope you're enjoying your time in the UK. 🙂

 

Have you been able to register a credit/debit card to your account?

 

If so, you'll be able to top up by text:

 

Text them following information to 150, including spaces:

 

  • The letters CR
  • The last four digits of your registered credit or debit card number
  • The amount you want to top up (between £5 and £95)

 

For example, to top up £10 with card ending in 1234: CR 1234 10

 

If you're unable to do that, it may be worth popping into the nearest EE store.
