I have just got a new iPad with an Apple sim. In the settings I clicked on mobile data, selected EE and received an error message TMF12.
How do I get past this to set up data?

Have you tried simply turning your iPad off completely and back on again? That sometimes fixes TMF12 errors.

It was a waste of time phoning them. First guy spoke to me like I was crazy. Second wanted a phone number for the iPad, explained the sim was already in the iPad, they said there was nothing they could do. I asked if I would be able just to buy a new SIM card they said “oh yeah”. Hmmmmmm, tech gurus??
