There’s no 10gb data in SIM card which it claimed there was.

  1. It claimed I used up all the data but I used only 500mb but supposedly I have 10Gb of data
  2. theres no way to find out how to get my 10gb data back 
  3. terrible experience in using EE card and would never recommend it to anyone
  4. please reply ASAP to change my mind.

I dun get the 10gb data from the sin cardboard I purchased and said I used up

It claimed I used up all the data but I used only 500mb but supposedly I have 10gb came with the SIM card which is terribly sucks.

And the phone number u gave me is incorrect? Cuz it keeps telling me I dialled the incorrect number

@rachellamhy have you got access to a landline try it from there as it is a valid number.

@rachellamhy  the sim comes preloaded with 500mg of data and should be on the  packaging on how to claim the free 10GB of data.
